Tasks and works within the project:

Conservation, restoration and construction works, revalorisation of the first floor of the Palace of Marianna Orańska in Kamieniec Ząbkowicki – conservation works of the cloister paintings and also works concerning the reconstruction of the original terrace composition with all elements of the décor (including garden sculpture, pergolas, historic planting design).
Cultural and educational offer – numerous cultural events that address diverse audience groups (including exhibition activities, outdoor events, festivals, art and craft reviews, lectures, shows, presentations, concerts aimed at cultural education and animation of cultural entrepreneurship).
Trainings related to the scope of the project – trainings will be organised for the employees of the Municipal Cultural Centre in Kamieniec Ząbkowicki and for the employees of the Municipality, as well as trainings for the local community and the related institutions and business entities (e.g. in cultural entrepreneurship, cultural heritage management).
Purchase of equipment required to conduct cultural activity and protect cultural heritage.
Promotion and information at national, regional and local levels.
Project Partner Fjellugla Kompetanse AS will participate in the implementation of the so-called “soft” tasks of the Project:

The Partner will be responsible for organising trainings for tourist guides and cultural animators at the Palace of Marianna Orańska in Kamieniec Ząbkowicki. Trainings will cover such areas as the protection of cultural heritage, conservation and use of historic buildings, the way the institutions function, implementation of the cultural offer and cooperation with the local community.
There will be a working, study visit of educators in the headquarters of the Partner and a revisit in Poland, during which the acquired knowledge and skills of animators will be used in practice.
The Partner will share its knowledge, experience and good practices with the Project Leader and thus develop international cooperation in the field of culture. Thanks to consultations with the Partner in the field of e.g. modern management methods, an educational programme of the institution and a business model allowing to build a network of loyal tourist and guests of the palace will be created.
Polish Partner: Municipal Cultural Centre in Kamieniec Ząbkowicki – will conduct all organisational and administrative tasks as an institution managing the facility of the Palace of Marianna Orańska.

The Polish Partner will be responsible for the implementation of the educational and cultural programme and will provide substantial and organisational support.
Employees of the Partner’s Institution will take part in the trainings within the framework of the Project.

Project results:

Revitalisation of the palace-park complex will contribute to preservation and renewal of the cultural landscape values of Kamieniec Ząbkowicki and introduction of new cultural and educational functions as an attractive form of spending leisure time and participating in cultural life.
The garden revitalisation project and adaptation works in the palace, complemented by a comprehensive cultural offer, will stimulate local tourism and will be an important mechanism of the municipality development and growth.
After the completion of the project, further cooperation with the Project Partner in the implementation of the cultural-educational offer is assumed.
